Chinese medicine store

Please check your items carefully before taking them home. I took an item back and the other two shop attendees did not even listen to my concerns and didn't check what I was speaking of. The lady who actually attended to me was quite nice but I had to wait quite a bit for her to come to the store. Although I sorted my issue later, I found the two other chinese medicine and herbs stores at Aberdeen Centre (way) cheaper with (way) better quality items. I would say to shop around before making any expensive purchase here. Although it's few hundred dollars differences, the other shops explained where their items came from, had proper labels and gave me higher grade products for less. I am definitely not coming back here so they lost a customer. I would have purchased more if it's not for this experience.

When I first got the the clinic thought everything was normal until the massage started.she started talking to me about her other Business where she is a sidekick.she was talking about doing exorcisms on her patients.which seems very unprofessional to me.she was also talking about her being able to talk to the dead.which was very unsettling.if you like this type of stuff giver but for any normal minded people I’d recommend finding a different place.if I could rate 0 stars I would.

Came here to get some highly recommended traditional Chinese rubbing alcohol. Kim was super friendly and helpful, and the medicine worked wonders. Definitely coming back to check out some other stuff too.

Horrible service, there’s a lack of respect from the staff. They sent my parcel overseas, with no tracking number, they didn’t tell me about it till after they sent it. I sent Kim an email telling her I don’t want that sent, if there is no tracking number, and she ignored me, twice.The package is lost, Kim and her assistant claimed that it’s not their responsibility, even though they sent it with no tracking number, said I couldn’t get a tracking number. I talked to Canada post, and they said I could have added one between $20-$40.Kim and her staff need to be more punctual, very non motivating to work with them when they screw you over and totally look past your loyalty to them as a customer. They might be good to deal with, but wait until you run into issues.I will easily choose one of the many other shops around the area that are respectful, are willing to help you out, and give you what you asked for.Never using this place again, such a shame for a Shop that’s about herbal medicine.

I was lucky to meet Coco when I popped into the herb shop close to home, hoping to find a tincture or herbs to help shrink/heal fibroids. When I found out she also did acupuncture I was elated. While she is new to the city, she is not knew to Chinese medicine, and I’m so grateful for the wealth of knowledge she brought to Victoria. She is so sweet and really cares about her patients and our outcome, and has continued to research different points and avenues we can try to help with my issue. While we cannot determine outcome yet, as this will be a longer process, I have already felt some relief from pain and discomfort from the acupuncture sessions we’ve had, as well as the herbs and tea she recommended. I strongly recommend Coco to anyone and everyone who is actually looking to heal from within, rather than masking symptoms with pharmaceuticals.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone no matter their location in the city. The owners are so nice and extremely knowledgeable. They listened to my needs and helped me choose the proper product without over selling to me. The store is very clean and organized.

I've been seeing Dr Wang for sciatic pain and it has helped alot! From muscle stimulation, accupuncture to cupping. All very effective and relaxing.

Excellent work by the front desk and team of doctors at Huatuo clinic. I have been to other acupuncturist for my foot and shoulder pain but only Dr. Helen has been able to solve it. Highly recommend her for any acupuncture treatments.

Worse customer service ever !!! The older staff was extremely rude to my pregnant wife because we were not interested in the more expense items she wanted to sell us. She was not bother to educate us and even mocked us that you should be more prepared when you come to the store". This is absolutely ridiculous. There are no price tags and no info written om the items. So asking questions is a must ! I saw so many comments on the horrible customer service and yet nothing was done by the management. This needs to seen by the senior management team to seriously fit the issue. Treating people with respect is the least courtesy anyone should possess not to mention for the first line customer staff. Do something please !!"

After suffering with sciatica for over three months, Dr. Wang was able to fix it in only three sessions. I had tried physio, chiro and massage and nothing worked until I was treated with acupuncture at Long Fortune. I definitely recommend Dr Wang to anyone suffering with lower back or sciatica issues.
